Robert Cottrell sought to amend the Wharerangi Marae charter to reduce the minimum number of trustees from seven to five with a quorum of three. The judge was satisfied there was sufficient support. The judge confirmed the amendment on the condition that at the next annual general meeting, the notice includes reference to the change to give the beneficiaries the opportunity to object to the decision.
