This decision concerns two applications relating to Paeroa 1E14 (Urupā) - Te Kopua Urupā. The first application sought to have the land set aside as a Māori reservation for the purpose of an urupā and have the land vested in trustees. The second application sought to constitute an ahu whenua trust in respect of the land and have the land vested in trustees.
