 Rachel Hogg is an Assistant Crown Counsel in the Treaty and International Law team at Crown Law. She is primarily involved in litigation before the Waitangi Tribunal. She acted as junior counsel during Stage I of the Northland inquiry into the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi and is currently involved in the Turanga urgent inquiry relating to the return of the Mangatu forest to Maori. She has previously worked as a teacher, a research assistant and in public health.
