 Sarah Down is a Senior Legal researcher at Te Kura Taka Pini, the body instituted to oversee the Ngāi Tahu freshwater claim. She is an Honorary Lecturer at the Centre for Aboriginal Economic Policy Research at Australian National University and Adjunct Fellow at the Ngāi Tahu Research Centre.
