The first sought a rehearing of an injunction application filed by the Paora Whānau Trust against the respondent and To Orewai Te Horo Trust which was dismissed in 2023. The second sought an urgent injunction to prevent the occupation by the respondent on part of Kaikou No 3 9B block, which is amalgamated within the Block.
